Pricing is quoted per job

We do not publish a rate card. Moisture content, cut size and how much prep is involved change the cost enough that a standard list would be wrong for almost everyone who read it.

Two customers can send the same weight of the same protein and have genuinely different jobs — one arrives frozen and sliced, the other needs breaking down first. Quoting each one properly is fairer than padding a published number to cover the worst case.

How we charge

  • Per wet pound Weight before drying. Water content varies enormously between proteins, so pricing on the pre-dry weight is the only fair way to do it.
  • Per chamber cycle Book a full chamber and fill it. Usually works out better on large single-protein runs.
  • Contract rate A standing weekly slot from 50 lbs a week, at a lower rate than ad-hoc work.

Tell us three things

With these we can usually quote same day. Without them we end up emailing back and forth for a week.

  1. What the product is

The protein and what state it will arrive in. Raw beef liver, whole, frozen

  2. How much, how often

One-off volume or a repeating schedule. 50 kg once, or 100 kg weekly

  3. What you want done

Drying only, or prep and packaging as well. Dry and bulk pack into buckets

What we will not quote on

Raw protein and pet treats only. No fruit, no vegetables, no herbs, no candy — and plant material intended for human food is not something this facility runs at all. That separation is what lets us promise no flavour transfer between customers and hold sanitation standards for raw meat.

Plant matter destined for animal feed is the one exception, and only on large commercial volumes. Email us before assuming.
