Subscription policy

Subscribe & save gives you 10% off repeat deliveries of eligible treats.

How it works

• Choose a delivery every 4, 6 or 8 weeks when you add a product to your cart.
• Your subscription renews automatically. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the subscription price shown in your account.
• There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Managing or cancelling

Log in to your account and open Subscriptions to pause, skip or cancel. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next delivery. You can also email info@niagarafreezedry.ca and we'll help.

Returns

Subscription deliveries follow our refund policy: no returns on opened food, and a replacement or refund if an order arrives damaged or wrong and is reported within 7 days.
